Hilton Garden Inn

Formerly Known as the Dunes Manor Hotel, is a project for Redline Mechanical Services that consisted of 180 room renovations involving tub to shower conversions, relocating sinks into the bathroom, major ADA upgrades, main drain system video inspection, complete temporary system shutdowns, relocating and upgrading to a larger lobby bar, water fountain upgrades to include bottle filling stations, an outdoor shower was added at beach access, upgraded public restrooms and more.
